Our goal at American Horse Company is to produce safe and confident riders through our concentrated training programs. Our private lessons are custom tailored to your individual needs and abilities. We have experience working with beginner riders of all ages who are looking to start a new journey and even those riders that are beyond the basics who are trying to refine their horse and their own abilities.

Prior to your private lesson, you and your trainer will go over your needs and your future goals. We will help you create a plan that fits your schedule as well as your budget in order to help you fulfill your dreams.

If safety is your biggest concern then great, it’s ours too. Most of our lessons (very few exceptions) start off with groundwork. We have found that if our clients can control their horse’s feet from the ground, where it is much safer, then they become more confident riders. All of our groundwork ties into our riding exercises so the transition is seamless for you and the horse.

Cost: Our private lessons are $125.00 per hour (with a minimum two hours). Ask about our repeat customer discounts!
